1. Who we are and acceptance of these terms
SEO Macho (the “Service”) is operated by DevVerx(“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with its registered office at Plaza #19, Main Boulevard, Military Account Society, Lahore, Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and DevVerx and govern your access to and use of the Service, an AI-powered SEO content platform that audits websites, researches keywords, writes and optimizes articles, and publishes content to your connected sites.
By creating an account, running a site audit, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The service
SEO Macho provides, among other features:
- Free website audits that crawl a URL you submit and produce SEO and content-quality reports (optionally emailed to you as a PDF);
- AI-driven keyword research, competitor analysis, niche discovery, and topic planning for websites you add as projects;
- AI-generated article drafts, SEO optimization, meta data, and internal linking suggestions;
- Publishing of content to destinations you connect, such as a WordPress site;
- Optional integrations with third-party data sources, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and DataForSEO, using credentials you provide.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms, that are used unlawfully, or where required by law.
4. Plans, billing, trials, and refunds
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, in which case your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed thereafter.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as shown at checkout. You may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights available to you under your local law.
5. Your websites, keys, and integrations
You may only add websites to the Service that you own or are authorized to manage and analyze. When you audit a third-party URL, you agree to use the resulting report for lawful, competitive-research purposes only and in compliance with the target site’s terms and applicable law.
Some features use API keys or credentials that you supply (for example an AI provider key, DataForSEO login, WordPress application password, or Google account authorization). You are responsible for those credentials, for any usage fees the third-party provider charges you, and for complying with each provider’s own terms of service. You can disconnect integrations at any time from the Connections page.
6. AI-generated content
Articles, briefs, keyword plans, and other output generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence models. AI output can contain errors, omissions, biases, or inaccuracies, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all generated content before publishing it. As between you and us, you own the content generated for you through the Service, and you are solely responsible for the content you publish to your own websites, including its legality, accuracy, originality, and compliance with the policies of any platform it appears on.
We make no guarantee of search-engine rankings, traffic, or any other SEO outcome. Search engines change their algorithms constantly; results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or the admin interface;
- Resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, or use it in a way that degrades it for others;
- Audit or crawl websites in violation of applicable law or a site’s access controls;
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) or to violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- Use the Service in breach of applicable export-control or economic-sanctions laws.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it as intended. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services (including Paddle, Supabase, AI model providers, SEO data providers, and Google APIs). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts and omissions of third-party services, and any charges they levy on you are your responsibility.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or search rankings, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (such as liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevVerx and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, the content you publish, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your projects or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence, the competent courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, internet or utility failures, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may provide notices to you by email or through the Service.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
